PREMIER LIMOUSINES TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Minimum age of 18 (eighteen) years for Hirer

 

Deposits & Balances

1)  All bookings must be reserved in advance, and confirmed within 7 (seven) days. Only when such deposit is received, is the booking accepted and confirmed.

2)   Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE once received by Premier Limousines.

3)  The balance must be paid in full by cheque 14 days prior to the hire. Cash payments to be paid to chauffeur at the time and place of 1st pick up.

4)   Once a booking is made and confirmed and a deposit paid, the price quoted to Hirer will not be subject to alteration unless there is a deviation from the details of the booking. Any extra requests or alterations to the booking (i.e. change of venue, extra pick ups, incurring extra mileage), may incur an extra charge.

 

Cancellations

1)    If we are notified of a wish to cancel a booking with less than 7 (seven) days to confirmed date, full balance is due for payment. In the case of weddings and special events (e.g. Ascot) this is extended to 28 (twenty eight) days.  

2)  No responsibility shall be accepted for adverse weather conditions (snow etc.) which may cause delay or cancellation by Premier Limousines.

3)  Whilst every effort is afforded to the vehicle, no responsibility can be accepted for, mechanical breakdown however caused. In this unlikely event, every effort will be made for the immediate repair to the vehicle, so that the journey can continue. Alternatively the Hirer will be transferred to another vehicle, if one is available. If this is not acceptable to the Hirer, a full refund will be given.

4)  A 30 minute grace period shall be allowed for the late arrival of you Limousine due to weather, traffic, or any other misfortune outside of our control. Please note: a time will be arranged for pick up. The maximum grace period will be 20 minutes, after which the Limousine will leave. Any expense caused to the Hirer is not the responsibility of Premier Limousines.

 NOTE: In the event of conditions 2 & 3 or any other breakdown and / or accident, no responsibility will be accepted for missed connections / flights or functions. However so caused.

 

Damage to Vehicle

1)  The Hirer (as assigned) shall be fully responsible for any damages caused both inside or outside the Vehicle, by the Hirer or any member of his/her party however so caused. The Hirer will agree to be liable for the total retail costs of the repair and Premier Limousines will determine the location of the repair. In addition the Hirer will be liable to pay Premier Limousines a fixed rate (self determined), whilst the vehicle is out of commission for such repairs, plus any further incurred losses i.e. lost bookings.

2)  A £100.00 valeting charge will be levied and payable on demand, through misuse by the Hirer or his/her party, from food drink or illness, or whatever the retail cost may be if in excess of this amount, to rectify the damage caused.

3) The Hirer is liable for all glassware breakages at a replacement cost of £10.00 per item.

4) The Limousine is checked after every booking and any CD / DVD / Karaoke discs found to be missing, then a cost of £15.00 per item will be charged to the Hirer.

  

Miscellaneous

1)  All our vehicles are designated NON SMOKING. Any infringement of this policy will deem rental invalid and all monies forfeited and the rental terminated immediately. (THE SAME APPLIES TO DRUGS)

2)   The supply of alcoholic and soft drinks by Premier Limousines may only be consumed within the vehicle and may not be removed from it at any time. Under no circumstances will alcohol be served to any person under the age of 18, if there is any doubt about age, proof will be required. Consumption of your own alcohol within the vehicle is strictly forbidden.

3)   The consumption of the Hirers own food / food products (including chewing gum), is not permitted.

4)   Premier Limousines or its representative (e.g. chauffeur) reserves the right to refuse entry to the vehicle, to any person / persons they deem unfit for whatever reason. If any person / persons behaviour is deemed to be of a manner that is detrimental to other passengers, or to the vehicle and /or its contents, the journey will be ended forthwith.  In this event, no refund will be given.

5)   Hire time will be deemed to have started from the first pick up time agreed at the time of booking.

6)   Premier Limousines can take no responsibility for any property left in the Limousine by the Hirer or his/ her party

7)   A maximum of 8 (eight) passengers are permitted.

8)   Children under the age of 14 (fourteen) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
